DashYards is a marketplace platform operated by Grant Corporation that connects guests with hosts offering private outdoor and indoor-outdoor day access. DashYards is not a party to the day-access arrangement except as payment facilitator and platform operator.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Hosts and multi-location organizations are responsible for listing accuracy.
Bookings & fees
Platform service fee is currently 15% of booking subtotal (configurable). Security deposits are not platform revenue. Cancellation policies are disclosed at booking.
Acceptable use
No illegal activity, ticketed public events without approval, or misrepresentation of capacity, restroom, or parking.
