Name, email, phone (optional), messages, role, SMS consent, listing and booking data, device/session data, and payment tokens via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

Provide the marketplace, prevent fraud, send transactional messages, and—with consent—marketing SMS/email.

Retention

Booking and payment records retained as required for legal and financial purposes; marketing leads until opt-out or routine purge.
